CONTEST TERMS
We will send emails to winners and all gifts and trophies will be delivered to your address by post. If the winner is located in our reachable location we will send our person to deliver it and will take pictures for our records.
- Competition is NOT open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Ganapatibappa.com
- Competition is only for age group from 18 years and above and Ganapatibappa.com reserves the right to ask for additional age proof at any given point in time.
- Image size should not be more than 2MB, please provide your working phone and email to receive updates and notifications.
- Contestant represents and warrants that the ganapatibappa.com labeled gifted/prized merchandise will not be copied in part or whole. Ganapatibappa.com & Brand Owner acts in furtherance of this belief and therefore any action or claim it may face due to breach of such representation or warranty shall be passed on directly to the Contestant.
- Multiple entries for same picture is not allowed. For example if you have submitted entry for Best Home idol then you cannot same picture for other categories if our system detected such activity then all entries, photo engagement from all categories will be deleted and ganapatibappa.com will not be responsible for such activity.
- This contest is not for the Mandals.
- Multiple mandals entries are not allowed.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
- The closing date is as specified in the introductory note, and Ganapatibappa.com reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
- Ganapatibappa.com will notify the Winner of the Competition by facebook post, instagram post, phone or e-mail.
- By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Ganapatibappa.com may require.
- The prize will not be transferable to another person.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
- If an advertised prize is not available, Ganapatibappa.com, as Organizers, reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
